*If you feel the item you received is not what you expected, or there are issues with the functionality of your item, we will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the Purchase Date. Warranty Coverage: Against DOA, Functionality Issues, Buyer’s Remorse and Activation Issues.

*We Offer a 100% refund less Shipping & Handling. Exchanges can only be made if the same item is available for exchange, otherwise a refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns delivered to our location after 30-days from original purchase date are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Any item marked "untested, sold as is" or "repair" is NOT eligible for return/refund.

All returns MUST include the Return Authorization Form that was included in the package when it was shipped. If you have misplaced the Return Authorization Form (RAF) or did not receive one, you may print one by clicking the link below.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
