Having trouble Powering on your Phone?

By trying these simple trouble-shooting steps, you can help us determine where the issue might be, and whether you need a replacement phone, battery or charger!

Try these simple steps before contacting us:

  • Power Buttons come in all shapes, sizes and locations! First check the Power Button List at the Bottom of this page to ensure you are pressing the correct button!
  • Before we get started - Remove the Battery for 15 seconds.
  • Place the Battery back in the phone, if your item has a battery door make sure it fits securely over the back of the phone.
  • Plug your phone into the Wall Charger.
  • Let your item sit for 30 minutes plugged into the charger.
  • Try Holding the Power Button in for 15 seconds.
  • Try Pressing the Power Button 2-3 times rapidly.
  • If you are replacing an old phone of the same type, try swapping the battery, or the wall charger.
  • If you received a Car Charger, try charging the item in your car.

    • If none of the above steps worked, call us, or come in!
